V-70 Fast-Setting Non-Shrinkage Grout

Bonddex V-70, The Fast-Setting Non-Shrinkage Grout is designed for construction or machine equipment bases grouting, and mounting use.

It is a fast-setting and high early strength performance product. V-70 uses special silicate cement, graded silica sands, molding, expansion additives. It is a ready to use product, and aiming for high early strength, non-shrinkage, and high density use jobs.

Good Flowability

Water Ratio: V-70: Water = 1 : 0.17 (Or 4.25L water per bag). Working Time: 15-20 mins. Mixing with water until lumps free.


Non-Shrinkage

Super Non-Shrinkage Resistant, especially in the concrete formwork; therefore, it mounts the mechanical parts precisely with strong grips.


High Early Strength

Resistance to Extreme Temperature

Resistance to low acid and alkali, also extreme low or high temperature.

1. V-70 is a hydraulic cement, which is similar to Portland cement. Physical strength is changed according to water ratio, temperature and humidity.

2. For better workability, formula of V-70 can be customized based on conditions of construction. For better compressive strength, please do wet curing after 2 hrs.

Packaging: V-70 is 25kg available in weatherproof and tear-resistant plastic packaging.

Shelf Life: 3 months (Please store in dry cool condi- tions).
