Technical Information

‧  New ground floors for better perspective requires, such as adjusting to higher and much more flatter finishing floor. 

‧ Old houses with old floors and need to be rebuilt. 

‧  Foundation coat before applying epoxy or some other chemical materials.   

‧  F-11 can be applied at different types of jobsite like schools, factories, platforms, warehouses, ports, in & outdoor parking lots, airports, parks. It can be a foundations purpose or finishing-top coat purpose.‧ F-10 can be widely applied at different types of jobsite, e.g. schools, factories, platforms, warehouses, ports, in & outdoor parking lots, airports, and parks. It can be foundations purpose or finishing-top coat purpose.

Preparation  

1. Substrates should be solid hard, sounded and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint, plaster or other contaminants which could prove a barrier to be bonded. CSP 3 for the substrate profile is recommended before applying primer and F-11.   

2. Grind the substrate to be flatten, and repair lower areas, cracks, and soft substrate by Bonddex R-1.

3. Check the Water absorption, and apply acrylic emulsion separately with different water-diluted-ratio. The substrate should be sealed, but without seeing an obvious-visible film. 

4. Acrylic Primer application is highly mandatory to be completed few hours before the F-11 job has began, and run a few tests to make sure the substrate surface is fully sealed, and not experiment a solid film on top and non-reacted residues.

Mixing & Usages 

* Please follow the designed water ratio from above. Using electrically driven mixers (400-500RPM) or Hippos Mixers are highly suggested. 

* Gradually add the material into the water. Ensure that it is continuously mixing until lumps free, and with uniform liquid consistency. 

* The workability of F-11 may be affected by temperature. Precaution to the temperature of water in summer time, warm water will affect the flowability, and reduce the working time. 

※ Mixed compound should be poured within 5 minutes.

※ This product is a fast setting type material; the working time is 25mins only. 

Installation 

* Please install F-11 after the primer is fully cured, Install the materials according to the designed sequences, and using gauge rake to control the thickness with stand up trowelling tool for greater finish.

* Windows should be closed during the installation. 

Curing 

F-11 is self-curing type material. Water curing is not essential procedures; unless the jobsite condition is extremely warm.

Precautions 

1. Please test the compound in a small portion before official installation. 

2. F-11 is a non-shrinkage material, and won’t have the results for crazing cracks; however, if the structure is moving, then cracks may be encountered. 

Storage: Placing all materials indoor with dry condition and cover by plastic sheet, do not place materials directly on the ground.

Shelf Life: 12 Months or 1- 3 Months for four distinct seasonal regions.
