Bonddex Sculpting & Spraying Mortar S-1

Bonddex S-1 is designed and manufactured based on portland and special cements, inorganic minerals, silica aggregate, and other chemical additives for façade works. It is a ready to use mortar, and to be used directly when mixing with designed water ratios. S-1 has a non-sagging feature, the form like wipe cream after being mixed.

S-1 can be pumped or hand troweling when applying, and it is able to build up to 10cm thick, then start the hand sculpting works with all kinds of imagination designs. S-1 is a weather resistance product, and perfectly as long lasting, strong, and three-dimensional designed façade.

Wall, sculpting, theme park.

1.Into a clean mixing container and use electric paddle mixer. DO NOT mix on the floor. Ready mixed spraying mortar machine is highly suggested to use.

2.Water ratio: Please contact Bonddex for more information.

※Consistent water ratio and mixing time is highly related to consistent colour.

3.Make sure the original substrate is fully moisturized and no visible water on the surfaces（Saturated Surface Dry）.

1.Make sure the ambient temperatures are between 5°C and 35°C before application. Otherwise please contact us for more information.

2.Product should be used within 30 minutes after mixing. DO NOT add water to reuse.

3.S-1 is a hydraulic cement product. The chemical principle is similar to regular mortar. Applicators must have basic knowledges about mortars before installation.

4.DO NOT expose the materials directly under sunshine. It will cause poor workability.

5.This product might cause skin damage. Please do use gloves and protective goggles.

Flush the eyes with plenty of clean water if the material gets into the eyes
